6. Financial Literacy Training
Money is still a powerful tool that makes things happen and unlocks doors. It is however not a matter of how much you make but how much you keep that separates the rich from the poor. It matters little how much you make, if you spend more than you make you will remain poor. Allow us to train and empower your team on principles of finances, how to save, budget, invest and most importantly make extra income. This workshop guarantees valuable insight that can transform your team and cause them to think differently about their finances.
7. Enterprise and Supplier Development
With the training we offer on new venture creation, we are able to empower entrepreneurs and potential entrepreneurs to understand their role in the business. We work with them to know the principles of running an effective business, how to cope with the pressure of being an entrepreneur. In South Africa it is estimated that at least 70%-80% of SMMEs fail within the first five years. This is an alarmingly great statistic and we believe part of this is because entrepreneurs are not adequately prepared and empowered. We want to change this narrative and with our experience and expertise we can deliver power packed and holistically programs that can develop both the business and the business owner

In his journey, he has inspired and trained over 50,000 individuals and helped them realize their potential to eventually reach their dreams. Through Modisane Excellence Institute, Goitseona has run Enterprise & Supplier Development mentorships and Financial Literacy programs for large corporates such as ABSA, Classic Oriental, Impala Platinum, Royal Bafokeng Enterprise Development, and many other corporates.
